Questions

Is the community really free?

Yes. Slack, the Community Forum, the blog, podcast, wiki, and open-source tools are free. Essentials, coming with psadmin.conf 2027, adds hands-on labs, videos, the conference archive, and member office hours.

When do I use Slack vs. the Forum?

Slack is for quick questions and day-to-day chat. The Forum is for anything worth keeping: write a full post, and it stays findable for the next admin. Slack's free history fades; the Forum doesn't.

Can my organization pay by invoice or PO?

Yes. Conference registrations and memberships can be purchased by invoice or purchase order. Email [email protected] and we'll set it up.

I've attended psadmin.conf before. Do I have an account?

Log in with the email you used to register or purchase. Your conference materials and member content are in your portal.
